Potatoes helps in many different ways. Potatoes are used on skin for lightening the skin tone and for dark spots.
Dark spots are most common skin problem in teenagers.
We pop our acne/pimples and that leaves a scar due to putting pressure over the pimple surrounding skin.
Well, my friend that scar develops into a dark spot.
The tissue that you have ruptured while puncturing the pimple, now needs to heal and our skin produces Melanin which promotes healing in our skin and makes the scar black causing a dark spot.
So, potato juice reduces the black spots and makes our skin blemish free.
Vinegar has its own benefits, the most commonly used vinegar for skin problems is Apple Cider Vinegar.
