Alright so who is ready for 7-day full body Detox challenge?
It has been a really unhealthy ride for some people who didn’t bother or were not able to get their bodies feel right in this quarantine. I am here to share with you my fitness mantra in this quarantine that I used to reduce my tummy fat, acne and allergies.
All you have to do is to try this religiously without any fail for straight 7 days.
I’ll start with the first thing that bothered me at the starting of the quarantine. As you all know that during the lock down, we all were captured in our house, some of us were exercising and some of us were not and I was the one who was not exercising at all.
I used to sit on my couch and eat all day, some of you may connect with this when I say, I had little cravings for sweet and junk food. After that I gained a lot of fat I felt hot flashes of heat, heavy, and tired. Then I started reconsidering all my actions and I tried to incorporate some healthy habits in my day-to-day life, which really helped me to come back on the track.
For Fat Reduction

Daily Dose of Detox
1. Starting with the morning I used to drink one full glass of water with some lemon juice in it, it really helped me to cut down the fat levels of my body.
2. Secondly start any form of physical activity. I’ve been doing yoga for the past 3 years and I know how good it feels to be flexible and have a toned body.
In the morning, I used to do yoga, which had full body stretches, vinyasa flow yoga and also some power or balance yoga. Due to this I was able to gain more knowledge about different kinds of Yoga, which now I practice.
You can always find a YouTube tutorial of yoga practice on the internet, and you can always try new things.
ALWAYS START SLOW AND PAIN-FREE!!!
You can always have a few drops of CDC oil or vitamin C tablets before starting yoga help your body to absorb good components while the workout. After that take some time for yourself and seed fresh air to your lungs.
Always remember that whenever you start doing yoga always do it with an empty stomach for better results and do not jump right into breakfast after you do yoga, you must wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Add a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Just remember that the more you are hydrated the better results you will see.
TRICK 101: Try to make a pact of drinking 3 liters of water before 12:00 p.m. and 3 liters again before 9:00 p.m. which is total 6 liters of water a day.
You can always drink more as you like, but if you are very reluctant in keeping yourself hydrated then this technique of drinking water will help you out.
3. Meanwhile when your day starts, and you have your meals try to make those meals smaller and add small portions of meals in between try to have four to five small meals in a day.
4. I always workout 2 times a day which is mindful morning yoga and cardio workout in the evening I also used with 1 to 5 kg for weight training.
In the evening workout try to have a good 5 to 10 minutes of warm up including neck stretching, hamstring stretching, biceps stretching, triceps stretching and trunk muscle stretching etc.
After the warmup do:
• 8 to 10 different types of exercises
• 10-20 repetitions
• 3 -2 sets
And end the workout with cool down.
Try to focus on good form and burning sensations on the body part that you’re working on. Try to get maximum sweating, because the more you sweat, the more your inner impurities will come out and even your body temperature will be cooler.
Then take a nice cold shower after exercising to set God mode of relaxation. Trust me it gives you a very heavenly feeling and if you are dealing with Insomnia and waking up All Night then it might help you to bring back your biological clock back on track.
At night you can always do some meditation and some slow stretches on the bed as you like to get a good night sleep.
Acne: Smoothies and Teas

Acne Smoothies
1. Bitter Gourd and Honey Smoothie
This is simple, take a bitter gourd and remove all the seeds and blend the outer part with little water and add 2 tablespoons of honey in it. If you are courageous enough to drink it, then it could really help you out. Or you can always reduce portions.
2. Protein Chia Smoothie
This is quite simple, has only four ingredients in it
- One egg
- A whole banana
- A half glass of milk
- One tablespoon
- Chia seeds
3. Dark Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
- Take 6-7 strawberries.
- 2-3 chunks of frozen dark chocolate
- A glass of milk
4. Aloe Honey Smoothie
- For this smoothie you have to get an aloe vera plant leaf and extracts out it’s gel and blend the gel into thin foamy liquid.
- Now add 2 tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of flax seed.
- The smoothie may taste very funny or disgusting but trust me it is for the best.
- Even if you hate it, try it once a week or you can always decrease the portion of this smoothie for like half a glass.
5. Green Tea
We all know that green tea has a lot of antioxidants which helps in reducing the impurities of the body and increases fat metabolism. It has many benefits and also can reduce in many cases. I would personally recommend Organic India Tulsi Green tea.
6. Tulsi Sweet Rose Tea
I am personally drinking tea from Organic India you can always trust organic brands.
I love to play with Ayurveda and organic stuff, and it doesn’t really cause any bad effect on my skin or on my body. It already has rose extracts and chamomile in it.
