CRAVING THAT SNATCHED WAIST! LET’S HAVE AN EASY WAY TO IT
We’ve all been there — scrolling through Kimberly’s vacation pictures, and while the beach looks great and all, some of us are just obsessing over the same thought: “How is that waist so tiny?”
Given the fact that she does work her glutes off for that snatched waist, it’s safe to say — effort shows. But let’s be honest, it’s not always easy to dedicate time and consistent effort to our bodies in the way we’d like. Still, working step by step is key when you’re aiming for a sexy, snatched waist.
Exercises: 15 Reps ✖ 3 Sets
• Cobra – Start with stretching those abs (yes, that squishy tummy). It’s a must. It creates a sensorium around your core — and boy oh boy, you’ll feel it!
• Bicycle Crunches – Tap alternate elbow to knee. Make sure you’re really squeezing the abs and exhaling with every tap. Feel the twist!
• Raised Leg Crunches – Keep your knees and ankles lifted at 90°, and crunch upward while exhaling. Really focus on squeezing your abs — don’t just go through the motion.
• Russian Twists – Grab a weight — either a dumbbell or just a water bottle. Now twist side to side while keeping your core tight. Exhale with every twist. For an advanced version, lift your feet off the ground.
• Stomach Vacuum – Okay, this one is personally my favorite. Exhale as much air out as you can and sink that navel toward your spine. Hold it. This one’s a real game changer!
• Running – Cardio is king. Running can really help chisel the fat off your abdominal and hip areas. So lace up and get moving!
Diet: A few seconds on the lips… stays forever on the hips
So here’s the deal — I’m not going to list out things you should eat (you already know the healthy stuff), but I am going to emphasize what you really shouldn’t.
To clear out the junk in the trunk, you seriously need to cut out the actual junk. Food from restaurants or takeaways often lacks proper nutrition. The oils they use? Highly questionable. And yes — all of that ends up getting stored in our belly pouches.
Processed food packets sitting pretty on grocery shelves, excessive sugar, pasta, and rice — all of these can add those sneaky extra inches over time.
And let’s not forget alcohol. It not only prevents fat from metabolizing properly, but also increases cravings, leading to overeating. Basically, a double whammy.
