Homemade scrubs are the best exfoliants for our face because they do not have any harmful chemical in them.
Homemade scrubs contain active ingredients which can directly be applied on the skin. These active ingredients are natural skincare ingredients which are highly concentrated with vitamins and minerals. To make a good scrub it is very essential to combine correct ingredients together according to the skin type. There are many skin problems which are individual, therefore we need to understand the type of our skin and then make scrubs accordingly.
Adding scrub into our skincare routine is necessary as it removes the dead skin cell and with every wash our face starts to glow, and our skin clears up.
These homemade scrubs are quite exfoliating and work best on non-inflamed skin. If you’re dealing with active, red, or flaring acne, it’s essential to treat your skin gently. Avoid physical exfoliation in such cases and consider seeking professional dermatological advice. Your skin needs healing, not harsh scrubbing during flare-ups.
